At RSC, our mission is to develop well-rounded players to their highest potential as soccer players and leaders off the field.

We strive to be the region's destination youth soccer club with quality coaches to build high impact players prepared to compete and succeed at the next level. 

RSC values positive attitudes, where our players and staff hold themselves accountable.  Where they all devote to consistent efforts that produce results.  Our persistence fueled by passion will help us yield success.  The foundation is all that we do stems from integrity.  We set ourselves apart with our commitment to honesty, trust and transparency.  Last but not least, we are more than a club, we are a community, constantly looking for ways to positively impact the families, business, and organizations we engage with daily.
